Our lawful bases for processing are your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in running and promoting our practice.

We share it only where necessary — with HMRC, Companies House and our professional regulators; with the cloud accounting software providers we use to deliver your service; and with professional advisers where required. Anyone who processes data on our behalf is bound by strict confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Client and tax records are retained for the periods required by law and by our professional bodies — generally at least six years.
Your rights
